Entering into therapy is often a big decision that takes courage. With this in mind, I pay particular attention to creating a safe and confidential space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I strongly believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with my clients to help them reach their full potential.

As an integrative therapist, I believe there is no one way that works for all and I combine different therapeutic approaches, tools and exercises to tailor therapy to my clients' individual needs and goals.

How can counselling help you?

I offer short and long-term therapy online and in person in Central London. I am a recognised provider with various insurance companies, including Cigna, Vitality, and Aetna.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £80
