Counselling...
Entering into therapy is often a big decision that takes courage. With this in mind, I pay particular attention to creating a safe and confidential space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I strongly believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and I work with my clients to help them reach their full potential.

As an integrative therapist, I believe there is no one way that works for all and I combine different therapeutic approaches, tools and exercises to tailor therapy to my clients' individual needs and goals.
Issues I work with:
Depression
Anxiety
Self-esteem
Grief & loss
Life transitions
Trauma
Attachment issues
Relationship problems
Emotional eating
Stress management
Chronic pain
Procrastination
Approaches I Integrate
How can counselling help you?
-
Increased self-awareness: it encourages you to explore your own experiences, emotions and behaviours that promotes self-awareness and insight rather than acting on ‘auto-pilot’, leading to better self-understanding, increased self-confidence and making more informed choices that align with your core values and beliefs.
-
Enhanced emotional regulation: you can learn to recognise your emotions as they arise, understand them more and choose a way to express your emotions that is appropriate and effective in each situation, increasing your ability to cope with stress, anxiety and challenges in your life.
-
Healing trauma: it allows you to process and heal from traumatic experiences through exploring the root causes of your traumas and disentangling from associated unhelpful and outdated emotional and behavioural patterns
-
Greater self-acceptance: it encourages you to develop a compassionate and accepting relationship with yourself as a whole and all your parts, reducing shame and negative self-talk, helping you to feel more confident and happy in your own skin.
-
Improved Relationships: as you develop a greater understanding of yourself and your ways of relating with others, you are better equipped to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict and build stronger and healthier relationships, feeling more connected to yourself and the people in you life
-
Increased sense of empowerment: it empowers you to take charge of your personal growth, working towards healing and self-discovery.
Counselling can be a challenging but rewarding experience. If you are willing to commit to the process, it can help you make significant progress in your life
I offer short- and long-term therapy online and in person in Central London. I am a recognised provider with various insurance companies, including Cigna, Vitality, and Aetna.

Each session lasts 50 minutes unless we agree otherwise.

I offer a sliding scale of fees, based on your financial circumstances and the nature of the work.

-
Individual therapy sessions range from £85 to £150.
-
Relationship therapy sessions range from £120 to £180.
This structure invites reflection on what you can comfortably and generously contribute, while helping to widen access to therapy for others with fewer financial resources. Clients who choose to pay at the higher end of the scale directly support those in need of lower fees, fostering a space of personal agency, equity, and shared care.

I also offer at least two concession spaces for individuals or partners with limited financial means—such as students, therapy trainees, or those on a low income—as part of my commitment to making therapy more accessible and inclusive.

We will agree on a fee together during our initial conversation, taking into account the nature of the therapy (individual or couples/partners therapy), your specific circumstances, and your preference. Please feel free to enquire if you have questions or concerns about fees — I aim to offer transparency and flexibility wherever possible.

If you would like more information, we can arrange a free 15-minute telephone or video consultation to explore what you are looking for and whether working together feels right for you. If not, I would be happy to offer recommendations for other specialists.
